薄层灰岩带压开采防治水技术研究

摘 要:為了实现西坡矿5111工作面安全带压开采,减小底板薄层灰岩含水层对回采工作面的安全威胁,通过水文地质条件分析、采后底板破坏深度预计、突水系数法评价等多种手段评价该面带压开采突水危险性,认为工作面最大突水系数为0.084 MPa/m,大于安全带压开采临界值0.06 MPa/m,发生底板突水的可能性较大。采用矿井直流电法超前探查、井下钻探工程跟进验证、疏水降压工程治理相结合的综合防治水技术手段,探查工作面底板薄层灰岩含水层及隔水层富水异常区,验证并疏放薄层灰岩含水层水,有效降低了工作面底板隔水层带压值,最终实现工作面安全带压开采。结果表明5111工作面底板薄层灰岩含水层富水性不均一,局部存在富水异常区,且具有可疏放性,经过10 d疏水降压,薄层灰岩含水层水位下降36 m,底板隔水层带压值和突水系数均降低至安全带压开采临界值以下,从而实现了工作面安全带压开采,为西坡矿5#煤层安全开采提供了技术支撑,也为该地区条件相似工作面的开采奠定了基础,完善了底板水害防治技术体系。

water pressure of aquifer above limestone

Abstract:In order to realize the safety mining of No 5111 working face of Xipo Mine,reducing the security threat to the mining face of the thin layer limestone aquifer,the risk of water iush from the bottom of working face is evaluated by the analysis of hydrogeological conditions,prediction of floor failure depth and

water iush coefficient.Maximum water iush coefficient of No 5111 working face is 0.084 MPa/m,which is more than the critical value 0.06 MPa/m,

thus there is a great possibility for the occurrence of water iush from the floor.And based on DC electrical method,drilling engineering and hydrophobic depressurization,the water rich anomaly zones of aquifers and aquiclude were investigated,

and thin limestone aquifer water

validated and unbridled to reduce effectively the pressure value of the water barrier zone in the floor of the working face and realize safe mining under safe water pressure of aquifer.Study results showed that bottom limestone of No 5111 working face is heterogeneous in water abundance,there is an anomalous area of rich water with a sparse nature,water

level of thin limestone drop 36 m and the pressure of aquiclude and the water iush coefficient of working face both decreased below the critical value after 10 days.So that the safety of the working face is realized and the economic benefit is obtained.The technical support is provided for the safety mining of No.5 coal seam in Xipo mine.It has laid the foundation for the exploitation of the region which is close to the working face,and the technical system of water damage control was improved.
